Automated content pipeline
One topic goes in and four formats come out: a YouTube script, three shorts, seven Substack Notes and a newsletter.
By hand, each topic took me about four hours, and early AI drafts made up numbers. Now the pipeline researches first and every writer works from one sourced brief. Accuracy is still the hardest part to get right, so I check the facts and edit every draft before it goes out.
How I work
I start with the problem
Most of what I've built started with something slow or broken in my own work. I find where the time and the mistakes come from, and fix that first.
I test it on real work
Fixed test sets, scored rounds, one change at a time, and a log of what broke and how I fixed it.
A person checks the output
AI handles the slow, repetitive work. A person checks it and signs it off before anything goes out.
