What Is It?
The 600 is named after the gathering at Adullam in 1 Samuel, a group of people who were figuring things out in the wilderness. That is the premise. Honest notes from someone still working it out.
It publishes as a weekly Substack newsletter and a YouTube channel, with content also distributed to TikTok and Rumble. The topics cover cost of living, expat life, geographic freedom, and the reality of building something independently. Not the highlight reel version.
How It Runs
The 600 operates as a one-person content system. Claude serves as the central creative hub: helping with scripts, strategy, reviewing analytics data, generating ideas, and keeping the operation consistent week to week.
The pipeline covers structured brief-to-draft, newsletter drafting, YouTube and TikTok performance review, and Substack analytics. Claude handles the structural lifting. Every output still runs through human judgement at every stage. Distribution runs across YouTube, TikTok, Substack, and Rumble.
It is not a finished, polished system. It is a live, growing operation built and iterated by one person. That is the point.
